The Alcazaba Lagoon is the first lagoon of its kind in Europe. It is located in close proximity to the town of Estepona on the Costa del Sol coast in the Casares cadastre.

It is a unique residential complex in a modern style surrounded by an exotic garden with an area of 40,000 m2.

The crystal clear 1.4 ha lagoon, which is lined with a glittery sandy beach with sand imported from Morocco, has a pleasant temperature for year-round swimming, and you can safely engage in most non-motorized water sports here. For example, you can rent kayaks, pedal boats or paddleboards. There is also a sauna, a whirlpool and a children’s playground, which is separated from the water area by a safety glass railing for the maximum safety of your children. The second children’s playground is available outside the area of the water park in the adjacent garden.

You can also use a private fitness center with a wonderful view of the water area.

Entrance to the lagoon and all related services are free for guests staying in our apartment!

The complex includes two restaurants located in close proximity to the lagoon. The first is open to the public, the second is private and serves only guests staying in the resort.
Both restaurants offer a wide range of food and drinks with a wonderful view of the lagoon and the surrounding countryside.

The complex was newly upgraded – exercise machines, pedal boats, boats, new luxury sunbeds and outdoor seating were added. You can have refreshments directly from the pool at the Coctail Bar. Just a few steps further, sushi lovers will enjoy themselves at Takeko bar.

Accommodation for 4 people is provided in the ground floor, fully air-conditioned apartment in one of the residential villas. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a spacious living room offer enough space for rest and relaxation on an area of 130 m2. From the apartment there is direct access to the spacious terrace, from which there is a wonderful view of the garden and the surrounding area. Satellite TV and internet connection via private Wi-Fi are available.

The apartment has a set of high-quality, high-weight towels and bathshots, comfortable bed linen (cotton/satin mix) available for our guests, and in the bathroom you will find soap, shower gel, 3-layer toilet paper and a hairdryer.

Coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets are available in the kitchen.

You can park for free directly in front of the house or you can use the private garage under the building.

In the garden, it is possible to use a shared pool shared with the surrounding villas. The pool is fenced and only guests or apartment owners have access to it. So it’s up to you whether you stay by the pool, spend pleasant moments relaxing in the garden or move to the lagoon.

For food purchases and other necessities, it is possible to use the Mercadona supermarket, which is approximately 5 minutes away by car towards Estepona.

There are several golf courses near the accommodation.

The surrounding nature directly invites you to hiking in the hills just beyond the Estepona. In addition to the beautiful views from the hilltops, you can also see many historical and natural monuments.

The ski resort in Sierra Nevada is about two hours away (the resort provides full service including the possibility of renting ski equipment and clothing).

For lovers of water sports, there is the possibility of diving, fishing, renting a paddleboard or boat trips in the area.

Adrenaline lovers will also enjoy themselves, who can use the newly built go-kart arena standing nearby.

Children will certainly appreciate the opportunity to explore the nearby safari, visit the children’s park in Puerto Banús or enjoy a boat trip for dolphins.

The airport in Málaga is 88 km away, Gibraltar airport 45 km.
